Why We Need You
The Kwara State Missing Persons Platform is built on collaboration. Technology alone cannot find a missing person, it takes people: community volunteers, professional partners, legal advocates, healthcare providers, and civic-minded organisations who believe every life matters.
Volunteer Roles
Community Liaison Volunteer
Act as the local point of contact for missing persons cases in your LGA. Help families submit reports, distribute awareness materials, and share digital posters within your community.
Psychosocial Support Volunteer
Trained counsellors and social workers who provide emotional support and structured counselling to families of missing persons.
Legal Aid Volunteer
Lawyers and legal professionals who assist families with police reporting, victim rights, and legal processes related to missing and abducted persons cases.
Medical & Forensic Partner
Healthcare workers, doctors, and mortuary staff who help identify unidentified persons in Kwara State facilities and connect them with the platform's database.
Digital & Technology Volunteer
Developers, designers, and data analysts who help maintain, improve, and expand the platform's capabilities.
Media & Communications Volunteer
Journalists, influencers, and media professionals who amplify missing persons cases through responsible, ethical coverage.
